What should I bring to my first appointment? add_circle
For your first cancer care appointment, please bring your original government-issued photo ID (such as your National Identity Card, B-Form, or passport), any referral letter from your doctor, and all relevant medical records including prior test results, imaging reports (on CD/DVD if not transferred electronically), pathology reports, and a list of current medications you are taking. It also helps to bring a family member or support person with you for assistance during registration and consultation.

Yes, we strongly encourage family support as part of the healing process. Generally, one family member is welcome in infusion areas and recovery rooms. Please note that specific policies may be adjusted based on current public health guidelines.
